Care of the products – advice and recommendations.

After purchasing any products from Zahara Fashion please give attention to the basic care of the product which is displayed on the label with the graphic symbols placed there by the manufacturer. Right use and care will give you full satisfaction with these products.

If possible please handwash separately from other coloured products. Use appropriate washing detergents - for hand washing the best liquids to use are those matching the character of the product (not hair shampoo). Genuine silk products require ironing when damp with the temperature recommended from the label of the product. Protect the products from contact with sweat as silk is very sensitive to perspiration and deodorants, which might lead to colour changes.

After wearing, silk garments should be hung up in the fresh air. A pashmina product needs regular airing for several hours so the fibre can breathe and the fabric can recover. Crumples will disappear easily. Wool requires particular care. It may be hand washed but always use a special washing product for wool.

The products indicated as suitable for machine wash should be washed by the machine program for delicate fabrics. All others have to be hand wash or dry cleaned. Do not rub. Knitted products should be dried lying-down, or they will stretched. Best is to roll them into a towel and carefully press to remove dampness without wringing. Printed and dark fabrics such as silk brocade and chiffon need to be dry cleaned. All product should be dried in a shady location.
