Returns - if you are not satisfied with our product you can change it or we can refund your money.

Please return your original merchandise within 14 days of delivery (as shown by the shipper’s records) in its original condition (e.g. do not remove the original paper labels and use the original packaging) unwashed, unworn. Returns will be processed upon receipt. Please fill out the information requested on the other side of invoice and enclose it with your returned merchandise. If you would like a different item or colour place a new order. Please visit wwww.zahara.com to check the availability of items. If you would like a monetary refund we will refund the debit in way which we used for the original purchase. We can’t accept return of merchandise: which was used or dirty.

Guarantee – goods will be supplied in good condition. Goods of faulty manufacture are minimal. We give guarantee of high quality and goods are also checked before delivery.
